Due to the COVID-19 emergency, the Tanzanian Government has ordered that people arriving from the countries most affected by the virus be subjected to a 14-days quarantine at their own expenses and in facilities designated by the government itself.
All passengers must fill in, on the plane or on any other mean of transport they use to enter Tanzania, a form to be presented to the immigration offices upon arrival.
All arriving passengers will be checked and tested for Coronavirus when necessary.
All travelers subject to the 14-days quarantine, in the absence of symptoms, will be able to leave the facility and will be mapped for any future purposes.
In the event of a medical emergency during your stay on Tanzanian territory, please call EMERGENCY NUMBER 199.
In the event of changes in the current situation, the Government will issue new provisions which will make it available to users.
