AN INCREDIBLE PATH
He journey to the lake is an adventure in itself. It begins by travelling along a dirt road, a feature that adds a touch of authenticity and ruggedness to the experience. This route is not like the paved city roads, but rather a natural track that winds through the wilderness.
Along the way, the car juggles stones and unevenness, and the surrounding landscape seems to merge into one beautiful picture.
The road passes through the Great Rift Valley, one of the natural wonders of the world, known for its fascinating geography and rich biodiversity. The valley, a huge geological depression, stretches for thousands of kilometres across several countries, offering an impressive spectacle of mountains, rivers, lakes and plains.
Along the way, travellers can observe a variety of ecosystems, from tropical forests to arid deserts.
Torna suTHE MAASAI OF THE SACRED MOUNTAIN
Ancestral land of the Maasai, the area is also home to their sacred mountain, Ol Doinyo Lengai, which shares uniqueness and physical characteristics with the lake.
UNIQUE COLORS AND ENVIRONMENT
The lake has a reddish color due to some special bacteria with whitish streaks due to the high concentration of sodium.
A hostile and therefore uncontaminated environment. Few creatures can live there also due to the high temperature of the water.
